Cap Saint Jacques is a resort complex project with DIC Corp as the Employer. The project is implemented on a land area of 11,306 m2 located at 169 Thuy Van, Ward 8, Vung Tau City. With a total investment up to 1,294 billion VND after completion, Cap Saint Jacques will appear with a completed appearance as 32-storey hotel block, mall and conference center, condohotel, swimming pool and utilities for high-end tourism.
The project is located at a strategic location in the most vibrant tourist center in Vung Tau, with 2 fronts spreading on Thuy Van street and Thi Sach street, including 2 Blocks: High-rise block (32 floors) and Low-rise block (05 floors).
The Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project has DIC2 Company as construction general contractor. Starting construction from December 1, 2018 to January 20, 2020, DC2 held the topping out ceremony of a high-rise block and continued to start construction of the low-rise block.
On July 21, 2020, DIC no.2 Company held the topping out ceremony of the low-rise block of the Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project.
