Development Investment Construction No.2 JSC
On April 9th, 2021, Development Investment Construction Number 2 JSC held 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Meeting room no.1 – DIC2 No.2 Office.
There were 40 shareholders and their representatives participated in 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, representng 1,988,190 voting shares (78,9% of charter capital).
On behalf of the Board, Mr. Pham Duc Dung – Chairmain of the Board – reported results of production and business plans in 2020 to sharesholders, including directions and tasks of business plans in 2021; With the development strategy, orientation and direction closely following the approved resolution of the 2020 General Meeting of Shareholders, the company’s production and business activities had developed , all the targets had met and exceeded than expectation.
In the meeting, the shareholders voted to approve many important contents such as: Approving the production and business plans in 2020, directions and tasks of production and business plans in 2021; approving the appoointment of the Company Director by the Board – Mr. Vu Gia Tan; dismissing memebers of the Board – Mr. Tran Van Chung and Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, electing additional members of the Board of DIC no.2 for the term of 2019 – 2021 including Mr. Dinh Trung Hieu and Mrs. Hoang Thi Ha and other important matters fall under the authority of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
