HISTORY DEVELOPMENT

+ On April 22, 2004, Ministry of Construction issued Decision no. 741/QĐ-BXD regarding transferring State-own “Construction enterprise no.2 directly under Construction Investment Development Company” to joint stock company with 05 billion VND charter capital.

+ On June 28, 2005, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province Department Of Planning And Investment  issued the first Business Registration Certification.

+ In June 2007, the company issued shares to increase charter capital to 11 billion VND.

+ Securities Listing: On July 02, 2010, the company’s shares were officially in first exchange session  of Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX) with stock symbol : DC2

+ Other events:

On February 24, 2011, 1.000.000 additional stocks were exchanged which increased the total number of outstanding shares to 2.100.000 stocks. This is equivalent to 21 billion VND charter capital.

On July 15, 2011, 420.000 additional stocks were exchange which increased the total number of outstanding shares to 2.520.000 stocks. This is equivalent to 25,2 billion VND charter capital.
